Nuvepro Shipping and Delivery Policy

Introduction

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Nuvepro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services to clients. By engaging with our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. 

Service Deployment

  • Deployment Timeline 
    Upon receipt of full payment, Nuvepro will initiate the deployment of the ordered services. Services will be deployed to the Client within 10 (ten) business days from the date of payment confirmation. 
  • Definition of Business Days 
    For the purposes of this Policy, “business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends in India. 

 

Payment Confirmation

  • Payment Processing 
    Service deployment will commence only after the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Nuvepro. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the payment is received and processed. 
  • Payment Methods 
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment gateways as will be specified to the client. 

 

Delivery of Services

  • Service Delivery 
    Once deployment is initiated, Nuvepro will provide the Client with all necessary information and access required for the utilization of the services. This may include but is not limited to login credentials, access to digital platforms, or scheduling details. 
  • Client Responsibilities 
    The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful deployment of services. Any delays in providing required information or access may affect the deployment timeline. 

 

Delays and Issues

  • Unforeseen Delays 
    While Nuvepro strives to adhere to the stated deployment timeline, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause delays. In such cases, Nuvepro will notify the Client promptly and provide an updated timeline. 
  • Resolution of Issues 
    If the Client encounters any issues with the deployment or access to services, they should contact Nuvepro immediately for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. 

 

No Shipping Charges

  • Digital Delivery 
    As our services are delivered digitally and not in physical form, no shipping charges will apply. 

 

Policy Amendments

  • Updates to Policy 
    Nuvepro reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
