Workspace: improve how people and agents work together

Reimagining a workflow is a starting point. As people use AI, agents change and new capabilities become available, the way work gets done needs to keep evolving. Workspace is Nuvepro’s developing approach to connecting that everyday experience with better practices, relevant simulations and reviewed improvements.

Workspace is a concept under development. The ideas below describe the direction we are exploring, rather than a finished product or a commitment to deliver these capabilities.

Work, responsibilities and continuing improvement

Workflow

Understand the work, its decisions, exceptions and handoffs.

Workforce

Define responsibilities and prepare for AI in a current role or a transition to a new role.

Workspace

Connect permitted evidence of actual work with relevant practice and reviewed improvements that can be shared within an agreed scope.

The proposed improvement loop

  1. Understand the work and the evidence available
  2. Identify an opportunity to improve
  3. Propose a practice, handoff or workflow change
  4. Try it through simulations or representative work
  5. Review the evidence with the responsible owner
  6. Share approved practice and revisit as capabilities change

An engineering illustration

A team uses AI to generate tests, but reviewers receive incomplete verification evidence. The response could be guided practice, a reusable testing procedure, a clearer agent handoff or a change to the workflow. The right intervention depends on the work and the evidence, rather than how often someone uses AI.

Review and ownership stay with the organization

Project information needs to stay within its agreed boundaries. Sharing a reusable practice requires review, ownership and permission. People retain responsibility for accepting changes to workflows and agents. Practice evidence, operating acceptance and business impact answer different questions.

Simulations help people try a different way of working and demonstrate what they can do. The 6–8 week AI Bootcamp scopes that preparation. Workspace explores how learning from actual work could continue beyond a programme.
