Agree how the programme will work in your environment.
Prepare people for a selected workflow using Simulations, approved tools or agreed practice environments, and Skill Validation Assessments. Bring your security, accessibility, network and delivery requirements so the proposal records the configuration and responsibilities your teams need.
Discuss US delivery requirements →Review assurance for the selected service
Request applicable SOC 2 assurance and ISO 27001 documentation. Have your security team verify the audited entity, system scope, report period or validity and exceptions. These documents must be assessed against the service and deployment you intend to use.
Check accessibility scope
The available Accessibility Conformance Report is a VPAT 2.5Rev-based evaluation of Nuvepro Moodle LMS 4.6.0. It covers WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, Revised Section 508 and EN 301 549. Review the report and relevant limitations for your intended learner journey; it does not establish conformance for every lab, connected tool or AI workflow.
Confirm regions and corporate-network access
Specify required hosting and model-processing locations, identity and SSO expectations, browser restrictions, proxy or allowlist requirements and permitted data. Review the supported configuration and test the intended learner access path before delivery. Region-close provisioning and compatibility require confirmation for your environment.
Agree delivery and support ownership
State cohort locations, time zones, start dates, learner prerequisites and trainer responsibilities. Confirm licence availability, environment capacity, launch testing, support hours, escalation contacts and response commitments in scope. The AI Bootcamp runs for 6–8 weeks; rollout and ongoing operating support are separately agreed.
Preparing your own teams and co-delivering through a partner require different responsibilities and reuse terms. Discuss the intended scope before treating a proposal as an agreed engagement.
