When you contact us, request a discussion or download material, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, work email address, company and job title.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
• Your message, the topic you selected and the page or example you came from, so we can reply in context.

We use PostHog to understand how the Site is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them and which errors occur. PostHog runs in a cookieless mode on the Site. It does not store cookies or identifiers on your device, so a later visit is not linked to an earlier one.

Like any website, our servers and service providers receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use it to deliver the Site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

Some features analyse text you provide, for example a job title, role description or workflow. To produce a result, that text is sent to third-party AI model providers. Do not enter confidential or personal information into these tools. We do not use your entries to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We process contact details to take steps you ask for before a possible contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We process usage information for our legitimate interest in running and improving a secure website. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, under obligations to protect it:

• Cloud hosting and database providers that run the Site and store form submissions.
• Email providers (Microsoft 365, with Resend as a backup) that deliver form notifications to our team.
• PostHog, for website analytics.
• AI model providers, for the text you submit to interactive tools.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Nuvepro is based in India, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to manage any resulting relationship and to meet legal obligations. We review records periodically and delete or anonymise those no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent and to nominate someone to exercise your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Site is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
