Work Transformation · Custom development

Put AI to work in your enterprise.

Work with Nuvepro to redesign and implement a workflow around your systems, data and rules, from the first agreed problem through testing and handover. Mid-sized businesses can work with us directly, on a limited number of engagements at a time. With a larger enterprise, we work alongside its IT partner: we prepare the partner’s team and provide the environment where the work is tested. In both cases your named owner accepts the work.

Start with the work you need done.

A bounded task may need one agent. Work that passes between systems and people needs a workflow. Repeated software delivery may call for a software factory. We choose the approach after understanding the work and the controls it needs.

Build an agent for a defined task.

A website-testing agent can exercise agreed journeys in a test application and assemble reproducible findings. An incident-investigation agent can gather permitted logs and prepare a source-linked explanation for an engineer.

The build includes the permitted tools, access limits, output format and escalation rules. Tests check known failures, unsupported conclusions and actions the agent must refuse. Your owner reviews the results before it is used.

Connect agents to a working process.

For invoice preparation, a workflow could gather approved order records, check required fields and prepare a draft for finance review. It needs a path for missing purchase orders, duplicate requests and conflicting amounts.

We scope the system connections and the sequence of actions, including where a person decides. The implementation needs audit records, safe handling of repeated requests and a way to recover when a system is unavailable.

Build a repeatable software delivery process.

A software factory connects requirements, code generation, tests and review into a repeatable process. For an engineering team, that could mean taking an approved issue through a proposed patch and a review package in your development environment.

Agree repository access, coding standards and test gates. Your security team sets the checks a change must pass, and we wire them into the process. Engineers review changes and retain merge and release authority; generated code does not establish that a change is safe.

From an agreed problem to an accepted implementation.

  1. 01

    Agree what changes.

Map the current process with its owner. Identify the output to improve, the baseline and the exceptions. Set acceptance criteria for quality, review effort, running cost and the time it takes to finish the work. Include model and tool usage and continuing human review in the cost.

  2. 02

    Build in the right systems.

Agree data access and integrations with IT. Reuse approved tools where they fit. Start with prompting, retrieval and tools. Consider changing the model itself only when the results justify it and you hold the data rights, and compare it with the current model before it enters scope.

  3. 03

    Test the work, including failures.

Use a business environment shaped around the agreed workflow and representative records. Run normal cases, exceptions and permission checks. Have reviewers check outputs against independent records rather than accepting the agent’s own assessment.

  4. 04

    Hand over with operating ownership.

Agree the code and configuration to deliver, run instructions, monitoring and recovery steps. Name the owner who accepts the work and the team that operates it. Production access, rollout and ongoing support are agreed separately. We do not run your production systems unless we agree that in writing.

Questions buyers ask.

How do we put AI to work in one workflow with a vendor?

Start with one workflow and bring its business owner and the people who look after its systems. Nuvepro and your team agree what changes, build in your systems, test normal cases and failures, and hand over with a named owner. Production rollout and support are agreed separately.

Should we work with Nuvepro directly or through our IT partner?

Mid-sized businesses can work with Nuvepro directly, on a limited number of engagements at a time. With a larger enterprise, Nuvepro works alongside its IT partner. The partner delivers, Nuvepro prepares the partner’s team and provides the environment where the work is tested, and the enterprise’s named owner accepts the result.

How Nuvepro works with IT and consulting partners →
Is Nuvepro a consulting firm?

No. Nuvepro scopes, builds, tests and hands over AI workflows and prepares teams to run them. It does not run your production systems unless that is agreed in writing, and it works alongside consulting and IT partners.

What does acceptance mean?

Acceptance means your named owner agrees the work meets criteria set at the start: baseline, output quality, review effort, running cost and completion time. Reviewers check outputs against independent records, not the agent’s own assessment.

What a project scope includes →
Are the examples on this page customer results?

No. They illustrate possible scopes, not completed customer implementations.

Bring one workflow to the first discussion.

Tell us what happens today, which systems it touches and what you want to change. Bring the business owner and whoever looks after those systems. We can then agree a useful starting scope and the delivery responsibilities.

Team preparation can accompany implementation when people need new capabilities. You can also commission the development work on its own.
