Project Readiness Bundles

Start with the work a role needs to do.

A role changes through the work it performs: configuring an invoice workflow, building a website-testing agent or fine-tuning a model for a defined task. Use these examples to discuss the responsibilities your enterprise needs, then shape a project around your systems, data, approved tools and starting capabilities.

These are scoping examples, not ready-made enterprise programmes. Project content, environment availability, capacity, output checks and assessment activities are confirmed for the engagement.

From role example to agreed preparation

  1. Choose the work and intended change. Agree what your team will build or configure, where agents contribute and where people approve, check evidence or handle exceptions.
  2. Confirm starting skills, practice data, tools, licences, access and environment capacity. Select Simulations, hands-on practice and Skill Validation Assessments for those responsibilities.
  3. Agree the work product, output checks, assessment criteria, feedback and delivery ownership. The AI Bootcamp is one 6–8 week preparation option; human assessment, agent evaluation and operating acceptance have separate criteria.

Security and procurement requirements

Bring your security and procurement requirements. Confirm supported identity controls, hosting and model-provider data flows, logging, capacity and applicable assurance documentation before agreeing delivery. Rollout and continuing support require their own scope.
