For sponsors, procurement and partners

Know what your enterprise is buying.

Choose work you want to change. Your team could build a testing agent, create a software factory or connect an invoice workflow. Nuvepro shapes the simulation, business environment and preparation around your enterprise. The proposal names the outputs, each party’s work and the costs it includes.

What could a first project produce?

A software delivery team could build an agent to test its client’s application. The project could produce the agent, repeatable test cases, failure reports and engineers’ review of the findings. A finance team could build an invoice workflow with checked drafts and an exception queue. These are illustrative scopes, not standard packages or delivered customer results.

Your team
Brings the work, domain experts and approved tools and data. Builds or configures the solution, reviews exceptions and decides what to accept and operate.
Nuvepro
Shapes the bespoke project and environment, with practice, feedback and checks for the responsibilities involved. Development assistance, integration and continuing support are named separately in the proposal. Work where Nuvepro implements a workflow is scoped on its own: see custom AI development.

Already have an agent? You can scope an environment and evaluation around its assigned work without buying a team preparation programme.

Work, intended change and project outputs

Name the work to improve, such as invoice preparation or website testing, and the intended change. Agree what your team will build or configure, what Nuvepro supplies and who checks and operates the result. Scope the enterprise systems, data, rules and permissions that the project needs to represent. Define outputs, simulations and evaluation methods, with domain review of fidelity and separate execution checks. Scope configuration, development, reset, replay and changes explicitly.

Cohort and preparation

Specify roles, learner starting levels, cohort size, working languages, regions, time zones, scheduling, simulations, practice content, assessments and feedback. Confirm supported language adaptation and delivery arrangements in the proposal. The AI Bootcamp runs for 6–8 weeks. Agree customization and trainer responsibilities rather than assuming a fixed content or environment package.

Environment and usage

Identify the business or practice environment, required capacity, access period and usage assumptions. Agree which existing customer systems and CloudLabs capabilities to reuse. Agree cloud and model usage budgets, limits, reporting, who monitors them and how changes are approved. Confirm what is included in the proposal and what is supplied or billed separately.

Tools and licences

List approved applications and model services, who supplies licences or credentials, permitted data and relevant provider terms. Access to a model API does not by itself include an enterprise application licence. Existing customer tools may be used where the scenario and access requirements allow.

Integration, content and reuse

Record ownership and access to the code, configurations, test cases and other project artifacts, including any reuse rights. Scope LMS or SSO launch, reporting interfaces, integration testing, content signoff and change requests. For partners, also agree branding, publication and customer delivery responsibilities.

Acceptance and continuing operations

Define acceptance evidence, delivery owners, environment support and escalation. Separate preparation from production implementation, agent operations and continuing support. Record any agreed support hours, service levels, review cadence and duration in the applicable agreement.

Human capability, agent performance and acceptance of the shared workflow require distinct evidence. Results apply to the work and conditions tested. Production acceptance and business impact depend on the customer’s implementation, approvals and operating conditions.
