AI Bootcamp

Practise redesigned work. Prepare for changed roles.

Start with actual enterprise work, such as invoice generation, lead enrichment or website testing. In a 6–8 week AI Bootcamp, your people build, configure, test and rehearse agreed changes in projects shaped around the relevant systems, data and rules. Simulations, hands-on practice and assessment provide evidence for the responsibilities in scope. Agree the work product, Nuvepro assistance and checks before starting.

Preparation context

Selected workflow: Extract and track contractual delivery obligations

Selected role: forward-deployed-engineer

Use this selection to agree the responsibilities, scenarios and assessment scope.

6–8 weeks

One AI Bootcamp, scoped to your work

Define the scope together

  • Workflow responsibilities, decisions and human-agent handoffs
  • Functional and technical preparation for the people involved
  • Simulations and hands-on practice in approved existing tools or agreed GenAI Sandboxes
  • Skill Validation Assessments against agreed criteria
  • Tools, data, access, ownership and Nuvepro assistance

Two role preparation paths

Prepare for AI in a current role, such as a developer using Claude Code, or prepare for a new role, such as a Forward Deployed Engineer. Start with responsibilities and the evidence to assess, then select the practice.

Already have agents to evaluate? Scope an evaluation in your enterprise workflow context. Team preparation is a separate path.

How the AI Bootcamp Works

01

Define the changed work

Agree the workflows and roles in scope. Examine the decisions, constraints and responsibilities with the people doing the work.

02

Design the practice

Use the workflow and role responsibilities to design relevant scenarios. Include where AI contributes, where people decide and how handoffs work.

03

Rehearse responsibilities

Practise the changed responsibilities in the agreed environment with a Nuvepro AI Specialist.

04

Review readiness evidence

Measure human performance against the agreed criteria. Review gaps and the evidence needed for the organization's operating decision.

From preparation to operating work

Agree who will use, build, maintain and approve the work before the AI Bootcamp starts. Preparation follows those responsibilities.

Functional work: build, configure and review

Configure an invoice or lead workflow with suitable tools and support. Test source records and rules, review outputs, handle exceptions and agree approval handoffs. Assess the work each person needs to perform.

Technical work: build, test and integrate

Build a testing agent or model project around the agreed stack, repository and data. Review code, test cases and failure evidence, then explain integration, maintenance and operating constraints.

Your organization names the business owner for workflow acceptance and the technical owner for production integration, authentication, access controls, security and maintenance. Readiness evidence informs their rollout decision; it does not replace these checks.

Nuvepro provides the agreed preparation and assistance. Integration guidance, system access, licensed tools and rollout support must be included explicitly in the engagement scope.

What's a Simulation?

A Simulation is a guided exercise built around your workflow scenario and agreed data. Nuvepro designs it. Your team builds and tests the selected work with a Nuvepro AI Specialist in the agreed environment.

Practice shaped around the agreed work

Build or work with AI

Practise the responsibilities relevant to each role.

Rehearse the handoffs

Review outputs, handle exceptions and practise escalation and supervision.

Assess demonstrated capability

Measure performance against the agreed scenario criteria and identify gaps.

Illustrative workflow practice

These examples show how practice can reflect different responsibilities. Activities and assessment criteria are agreed for your workflow and team.

Illustrative workflow

Invoice generation from approved orders to reviewed drafts and exceptions

Map the current work

Identify source orders, required invoice fields, tax rules and approval responsibilities

Finance owner + team

Configure and build

Connect approved practice records to invoice drafting, with mismatches routed for review

Team + agreed technical support

Test the exceptions

Check duplicate orders, missing fields, mismatched amounts and required approvals

Team + domain reviewer

Review the work product

Demonstrate invoice drafts, exception records and checks against agreed expected results

Team member + assessor

Reimagine the workflow. Prepare the people who build and run it.

Questions

The AI Bootcamp is a 6–8 week engagement around agreed workflows and roles. We work with your team to reimagine the division of work between people and AI agents, prepare people through Simulations and hands-on build work in the agreed environment, and assess their performance against agreed criteria. The workflow scope, participants, practice activities, assessments and support are defined together before the engagement starts.
Skill Validation Assessments provide evidence of what people demonstrated in the responsibilities and scenarios assessed. They help identify gaps and inform assignment and rollout decisions. Human assessment does not replace agent evaluation, production integration, security review or acceptance of the combined workflow.
Start with the work and the tools your team can use. A functional team can configure invoice generation or lead enrichment with suitable support, then test records, rules and exceptions. A technical team may need deeper agent, model or integration work. Agree who builds, configures, reviews and maintains each part. Nuvepro assistance and production responsibilities follow the agreed scope.
Practice can use your approved existing tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, or agreed GenAI Sandboxes. The environment is selected for the workflow scenario and relevant constraints; a new sandbox is not compulsory. Tool licenses, approved data, access permissions and any connections to your systems are confirmed in scope before practice begins.
The AI Bootcamp starts with the work your people and agents need to do together. Practice is designed around their workflow responsibilities, decisions, exceptions and handoffs. Task Intelligence is the framework we use to analyse the work; preparation and assessment are scoped to the people who will carry it.
Your organization names the owners of integration, authentication, access controls, security, workflow acceptance and maintenance. Nuvepro's preparation, integration guidance and rollout assistance are included only as agreed in scope. Ongoing support and changes to the workflow are separately agreed.
